I help women achieve a healthy body weight through nutrition and fitness so that they can be happy, healthy and strong! I've been a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant since 2009 and in 2012 I started doing Food Sensitivity Testing. Through my own personal journey I was able to get rid of my seasonal allergies (see My Story) and I wanted to help others on issues they might be struggling with. As I was working with clients who did a food sensitivity test I soon found out they had no idea how to apply their results. Nor did they know how to put their food together and some just made the process more difficult than it needed to be. And this is where the inspiration for my Lifestyle Course all started. I wanted to design a course on all the things I did and have had clients do to create a healthy lifestyle and get results.
It wasn't only the food test that got me results (yes it was part of it), but it was a collection of the concepts I already knew and applying it all together.
I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of cookie cutter meal plans because: (1) Every person's body is different. (2) We don't all like the same foods. I would dislike it if someone created a meal plan for me and told me I had to eat mushrooms, I am not a fan! (and my body reacts to them).
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." I want to teach you how to create a meal plan yourself so you can do it on your own and actually enjoy the food you are eating!
