Hi there! I’m Kristi Carlson, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 15 years, and my journey in fitness has been fueled by a lifelong passion for health and wellness, and I’m excited to share that with you!
Growing up, I was always active, playing a variety of sports including golf, soccer, basketball, bowling, softball, and dance. My love for golf led me to Minnesota State University, Mankato, where I was named Freshman of the Year, Player of the Year, and served as Team Captain during my senior year. Competing in four NCAA Division II National Golf Championships and winning seven collegiate tournaments were some of the highlights of my athletic career. In March 2017, I furthered my expertise by becoming a Certified Golf Fitness Specialist.
I specialize in working with women of all ages and fitness levels, focusing on functional training to enhance everyday activities. My expertise also includes weight loss, strength training, plyometric training, interval training, circuit training, injury rehabilitation, stability, balance, and flexibility.
